Held at the Tweed Regional Aquatic Centre, this program is designed to give you a taste of the underwater world without committing to a full certification course. You’ll learn basic scuba skills and get familiar with the equipment while enjoying the fun of breathing underwater — all under close supervision and at your own pace.

No previous experience is required.

What to Bring / Wear

Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting wet. Bring a towel and swimwear for use under your wetsuit.

What’s Included

Your Discover Scuba Diving experience includes the following:

• Guidance from a fully certified PADI Scuba Instructor

• Use of all scuba equipment including wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins, BCD, and regulator

• PADI Discover Scuba Diving Participant Guide/Booklet

• Pool entry and use of onsite facilities

Fitness and Health Requirements

Participants must be at least 10 years of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will need to sign a consent form.

All participants are required to complete a PADI Medical Questionnaire. You must be in good general health and fit to dive. If you answer “Yes” to any of the medical questions, you may be required to obtain medical clearance from a doctor before participating.

We recommend reviewing the medical form before booking. If you are unsure about your suitability to dive, please contact us in advance.

Cancellation and Booking Policy

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

Cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your booking and payment. We are unable to offer refunds or reschedules within this time frame.
